Liver goes Center of the Plate
Calfs liver to be exact-in a take  on the "classic" liver dish from Berlin, Germany, we retooled the plade and introduced it at our Fire Pit Sports Bar. Initial guest and team member reaction was overwhelmingly positive.
The culinary team did an awesome job the first weekend to keep up with it.
